All bricks provided in good quality, there was a small issue with a missing package however. This was quickly addressed by the customer care and sent to me free of charge. Good pricing for the number of bricks ordered, I will order again.

Design is not as per the original Lego, friction is not adequate

The model you chose is a pin with small friction. We have pins with greater friction.
